At GloWhiter we proudly guarantee that your teeth will improve by a minimum of 2 shades after using our products. If for some reason your teeth have not changed at least a couple of shades lighter we will refund you your money.
To qualify for our guarantee simply follow the instructions below:
- Take a clear photo of your teeth before beginning your treatment*
- Following the instructions in the user manual use all the gel provided in the kit
- Take a clear photo after you’ve completed your treatment*
- Email [email protected] with your before and after photos attached.
- Once approved, we will refund you your money.
You have 30 days from the date received, to submit your guarantee application with us.
*Please make sure you take your before and after photos in similar lighting conditions as we will not approve your application if there are drastic differences in lighting. Before and after photos must also include valid date and time stamps.
Results will vary greatly from person to person, depending on the product, length of use, individual body reaction and whether you follow the instructions provided. In some cases, It may take a number of applications to see results. Unfortunately unless the product is defective or faulty, GloWhiter is not able to refund purchases.
GloWhiter will accept returns if the product is faulty, but only within 7 days of delivery. This refund is only available if all items provided are returned in their original state, and include all packing material, original manuals and instructions, and any accessories that came with them. Partially returned items will NOT be accepted. Once the LED light and mouth tray has been used, it will not be liable for a refund.
Consideration for returned items will be given as a full refund of the purchase price or as a credit, at the discretion of GloWhiter. Postage and handling costs will not be refunded, except in the case where GloWhiter has been grossly negligent. If you change your mind we cannot offer a refund.
